These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of digital products, including code components and plugins for Framer, sold on this website. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All products sold are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link or access to your purchased item(s).
2. No Right to Cancel
By purchasing and downloading/accessing a digital product, you agree to immediate delivery and waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience issues with your download or believe the product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
4. License & Usage
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial projects within Framer.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product.
Share the product publicly or with third parties.
Use the product to create competing tools or components.
5. Support
Support is limited to ensuring the product works as described with the current public version of Framer. Customization or integration support is not included unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.
7. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
